Enjoying a beachfront location,between Sveti Vlas and Elenite, the Tiva del Mar hotel offers air-conditioned accommodation. A seasonal outdoor pool and a fitness centre are provided free of charge. The sauna and massage services are available at an additional cost. Free on-site private parking is at guests disposal.
The living room or area comes with a TV with cable channels and a seating area with a sofa. The bathroom is equipped with a bath or a shower.units have a private balcony and some of the rooms open to sea views.
An on-site pool, beach and lobby bars are available. The restaurant comes with an outdoor dining area. A childrens playground is provided.
The All-Inclusive offer includes buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner in the main restaurant, late breakfast with snacks, sandwiches, pizza, sweets and fruits in the lobby bar, local alcoholic and soft drinks, beer, hot drinks and cocktails and alcoholic cocktails, soft drinks, ice cream and snacks at the pool bar and beach snack bar. An evening animation and show programs are available 6 days of the week.
The beach can be reached within 10 metres from the Tiva del Mar hotel and offers sun loungers and sun umbrellas at a surcharge. A grocery shop can be found 150 metres away.
In 2025 we completely renovated one of the hotels floors. Now there are Deluxe double rooms and apartments, that provide our guests new modern furniture, personal safe, coffee set. The floor has limited access.
The hotel day starts from hour 14:00 and ends at 11:00.
Please note that the animation activities, late breakfast, pool bar, and snack bar are available from June 20th until September 5th.
The hotel does NOT provide umbrellas and sun loungers on the beach. These amenities are available for a fee from the beach concessionaire.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
